Frontieras today announced that it will construct its first FASForm™ plant in Mason County, West Virginia. Located in the heart of coal country, Frontieras’ contracted site enjoys easy access to raw materials, a skilled workforce, as well as roads, Class 1 freight rail, and the Ohio River for import and export of feedstock and FASForm products.

Frontieras has partnered with Halter Financial Group (HFG) to structure and facilitate a public listing prior to the completion of Q3 2022. The public listing is anticipated to include an equity raise, the proceeds from which will be used for the commercialization of Frontieras’ technology and to advance its broad scale growth to deliver abundant, affordable and efficient FASForm energy to multiple industries on a global scale.
